Neway Valve Brasil
“The Neway Brasil began its activities in 2007, and in June of 2009 the company signed a contract as ‘Joint Venture’ with the Neway Valve Suzhou - China. In the same year, the Neway Brasil moved to the Industrial District in the city of Sorocaba, where had its facilities expanded.
Known as one of the largest manufacturers of industrial valves, the Neway is specialized in developing innovative projects installed throughout the world, in order to meet various applications in the markets of Oil & Gas, Chemical, Petrochemical, Marine, Power Generation, Pulp and Paper and so on.
Six specialized production units installed in China develop and manufacture valves in accordance with national, international and customer specifications standards.

Siderúrgica Itabirito LTDA
“The Siderúrgica Itabirito LTDA is a company that is part of the VDL Group since 1994. The VDL Group has companies operating in various segments such as sales of Mercedes-Benz commercial vehicles, Michelin tire resale, mercantile development, steelmaking and textile industry.
The company is located in Itabirito 50 km from the state capital, and is considered privileged to be close to the region of the main iron ore deposits in the state with easy access to the highway and railway network, with excellent logistics for production. Was integrated to the VDL Group in 1994, the same year of its foundation.
The Siderúrgica manufactures gray nodular pig iron and steel works, railway equipment, mechanical parts, wear parts to crushing jaw, equipment for ground penetration to use in loaders, excavators, tractors, coats and hammers for mills, wear plates and several pieces to order.
Its production capacity is 7500 ton. / month of pig iron and 500 ton. / month of machined benefited steel castings and each weighing up to 5000 kg. Also of great importance to the company's high productivity stands out its support of the hydroelectric power plant (Usina Hidrelétrica do Bonga) which is 3 km from the Industrial Complex of Itabirito, generating 1,350 KW of energy.
Quality: Siderúrgica Itabirito LTD participates in the Quality Management System certified by regulatory standards ISO 9001: 2000 by BVQI certification body recognized by INMETRO. The basis of the system was developed aiming at the Quality policy.
