Name
According to Chinese legend, Pak Tai was a prince immortalized for his courage, appointed commander of the 12 heavenly legions in order to prevent a Demon King-ravaged Earth. Pak Tai defeated the Demon King, earning the title of Supreme Emperor of the Mysterious Sky. In the temples dedicated to him, the bronze turtle and the snake under the feet of his image means that good always prevails over evil.
His figure is associated by Chinese culture as wind deity and god of the waters, which in business terms is a reference to wind energy and offshore operations highlighted on the market and new projects object.
Carbon neutral certification
Environmental awareness is essential for the everyday actions to be rethought and also so that we can preserve life and nature, both for us and for future generations.
The Pak Tai company, seeking to neutralize the greenhouse gas emissions (GGE), has partnered with Respira Mais Consultoria Ambiental, which based on the best international practices and methodologies (GHG Protocol Tool), compiled the internal information of Pak Tai (eg, fuel consumption, electricity and waste generation) and calculated the greenhouse gas emissions generated in one year. Thus, Pak Tai is now a “Carbon Neutral Company”. Through the Certificate, Seal and final report, we have secured the right to compensation credit of the generated emissions.
